Dragi moji,
Sa vama sam i u ovom sumornom kisnjem jesenjem jutru.Neki od Vas su komentarisali da ce put koji sam odabrala biti tezak i trnovit,neki da treba da dignem glavu ,cestitam sebi na izboru i hrabro koracam i da je zivot za mene tek poceo.Hvala na tome.Medjutim u citavoj prici kao da se zaboravlja da ja nisam odabrala taj put.Nisam odabrala da spavam na jednoj polovini kreveta i neprestano jutrima doticem drugu koja je postala tako hladna,nisam odabrala da moje dete raste kao dete razvedenih roditelja i seta od jednog do drugog roditelja bez ikakvog mira i stabilnosti.Nisam odabrala da se rastavim.Ovoga jutra podsetila sam sebe da imam "tek"trideset jednu godinu.Zar tridesete ne treba da budu najbolje godine nasih zivota?Konacno su za nama pubertet,vojske,trudnoce,planiranje svadbi,traganje za onim ili onom pravom .Zar sada nismo zasluzili da se opustimo i uzivamo u godinama u kojima smo zavrsili najbitnija zivotna bitanja a opet smo dovoljno mladi da uzivamo u carima zivota?Zasto to onda ja ne mogu da uradim?Mozda cu se jednoga dana probuditi i prihvatiti zivot onakvim kakav zaista jeste.Do tada potrebno je da zivim kao svaka razvodoholicarka.Dan po dan.Sve dok ne svane vedrije jutro.
Zahvaljujem vam se sto ste i ovoga puta podelili samnom osecanja.Ovoga puta cu vam odati recept moje omiljene corbe koja je prikladna kao ogrev u ovim hladnim danima.
Potrebno
2 veca krompira
1 sargarepa
juneca rozbratna(ili teleci but)oko 150gr
koren persuna
malo pavlake
vegeta,biber,so ,ulje,brasno
U prokljucalu vodu staviti da se kuvaju krompir isecen na kocke i sitno seckana sargarepa kao i koren persuna.Takodje u istu vodu staviti meso iseckano na kockice zatim zaciniti vegetom,solju i biberom.Nakon sat vreme kuvanja na laganoj vatri izvaditi krompir i sargarepu i propasirati pa vratiti da se kuva .Zatim dodati zaprsku od ulja i brasna.
Sluziti sa kasikom pavlake i pogacom.
